From 21 to 25 September 2026, Maticad returns to Cersaie, the leading international event for surface design, ceramic tiles and bathroom furnishings. Five days dedicated to innovation, emerging trends and valuable connections between companies and industry professionals.
At our booth, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the latest innovations from Maticad and discover how new technologies can make the day-to-day work of retailers, showroom professionals and designers easier, faster and more effective.
At the heart of Maticad’s presence at Cersaie 2026 will be the generative AI technology integrated into DomuS3D.
AI becomes a practical tool that supports professionals throughout the design process, helping to speed up certain stages of their work and improve the quality of their presentations. The aim is not to replace the designer’s creativity, but to enhance it by offering new ways to turn a technical project into a more realistic, engaging and emotionally compelling visual proposal.
During the exhibition, the Maticad team will provide live demonstrations of DomuS3D’s AI-powered features and show how they can be incorporated into the standard design workflow.
One of the key innovations on display at our booth will be Smart Painter, DomuS3D’s generative AI module designed to create and enhance rendered images.
Working directly from a project created in DomuS3D, Smart Painter makes it possible to produce more refined and striking photorealistic images by enhancing materials, lighting, atmosphere and the overall quality of the scene.
The feature can be used from 3D Navigation, Interactive Rendering or an image previously processed with V-Ray, adapting to different stages of the workflow and to the designer’s specific requirements.
The result is a more effective presentation that helps customers understand the project, visualise the final outcome more clearly and make more informed decisions. This is particularly valuable in the showroom, where the quality of visual communication can make a real difference throughout the sales process.
