Alice Ceramica: Architecture in Balance

A striking bathroom setting, created in collaboration with Alice Ceramica, is the Project of the Month for March.

DomuS3D’s Project of the Month for March is a large bathroom space, distinguished by generous volumes that create a truly dramatic setting.
The key elements of the project are the sanitaryware products by Alice Ceramica, with whom we collaborated on the creation of the space. The project can be downloaded by all DomuS3D users from the program’s Live Page.

The Project

The project is conceived as an integrated system in which architecture and product interact coherently, shaping a bathroom space defined by volumes, proportions, and material relationships.

The Idilla freestanding washbasins introduce a clear and measured vertical presence: monolithic elements that organize the composition and define precise focal points within the space. Their essential geometry allows for versatile integration, adapting to both residential and contract contexts.

The Idilla wall-hung sanitaryware works through subtraction, lightening the overall visual impact and enabling a continuous reading of the surfaces. Wall-mounted installation also contributes to a more efficient use of space and simplifies cleaning operations.

The Selma bathtub completes the system by introducing a soft and welcoming horizontal volume that contrasts with and balances the verticality of the washbasins. The result is an environment designed to be perceived as a unified whole, where each element contributes to the construction of a coherent formal language, conceived to meet contemporary design needs.

Alice Ceramica

Alice Ceramica develops bathroom systems designed for architectural projects, combining formal research, manufacturing quality, and application versatility.

The company works with ceramic as a design material, capable of adapting to different architectural contexts thanks to a wide range of sizes, finishes, and installation solutions. The collections are designed to ensure consistency of language and compositional freedom, offering practical tools to designers and architects.

Particular attention is paid to the balance between aesthetics and performance: carefully studied proportions, ease of installation, and advanced technical solutions allow the company to respond effectively to the needs of both residential and contract sectors.

Alice Ceramica interprets the bathroom as a system, not as a collection of separate elements, placing design at the center of the process.

Alice Ceramica collections are available in the DomuS3D library.
